A fundraising event to raise awareness of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and to raise funds for research and to aid families currently living with a loved one diagnosed with ALS.

Quidi Vidi, July 1st
Started the adventure this morning at 0900. Had a nice little paddle in Quidi Vidi harbour, then set up the tent in Pippy Park. Getting ourselves ready for 31 days in a tent! The fresh air feels great
